Students will be dismissed at 11:00am on November 10, March 3, May 13, June 3.

Exams and End of the Year

The dates and times for Mid-Term Exams and Final Exams, along with the date of the last day of school will be announced during the year.

School Board Meetings

Meetings begin at 5pm in the Guidance Office and will be held on: September 21, October 19, November 16, February 15, March 15, April 12, May 17, June 14.

Parent Involvement Booster Committee Meetings

Meetings begin at 7pm in the Guidance Office and will be held on: September 8, October 6, November 10, December 1, January 5, February 2, March 2, April 6, May 4.

School Masses

Throughout the year, students will attend the 8:30am Mass at Saint Mary Parish. The dates for the 2010-11 school year are: August 30 (1:00), October 7, November 1, December 8, February 11, March 9, and June 2.

Serving Days at the Soup Kitchen

The first Monday of each month at 4:00pm, students and staff serve at the Community Table in Westfield. The dates for 2009-10 school year are: September 6, October 4, November 1, December 6, January 3, February 7, March 7, April 4, May 2, June 6, July 4, August 1.
